Gra-POW! Cookie Granola was created to combine childhood-favorite cookies and granola cereal, but with ketogenic macros, and a few other twists. 

This meant, first of all, swapping out grains of all kinds.  The use of any glycemic sweeteners, such as honey, maple syrup, or even coconut sugar, was also out.  Instead of these, we took almond meal, erythritol, and debittered stevia extract, and got to work.  Perhaps most importantly, these products needed to “wow” even the Standard American Diet consumer, thereby making KETO more accessible to even the most discerning of palates.  We’ve done our best!

Gra-POW! is delicious eaten in any way!

Try it like a cereal (with keto-friendly milk), out-of-the-bag, as a topping on your favorite low-carb yogurt or ice cream. Or you can even use it as a recipe starter (grind it up in a food processor to make the base layer/crust of your favorite baked recipe)!

Snickerdoodle

The original recipe, and the one that inspired the start of the Keto Baking Co., is fairly straightforward, and comes with a net carb count of 2 grams per serving, after the subtraction of dietary fiber and erythritol.  As a personal touch on an old favorite, we’ve combined two different species of Cinnamon, (including Ceylon, primarily for it’s purported ability to lower blood sugar, though it does offer amazing flavor, as well), for the cookie component, as well as a hint of clove to the granola component.

And now, it also comes in nut-free!

PB&J Thumbprint

A bit more complex: rich, decadent peanut butter cookie chunks are interspersed with the same blend of ingredients comprising the Snickerdoodle granola, but which has been sauced with coconut oil, raspberry extract, and freeze-dried raspberry powder, prior to baking.  It comes with a net carb count of 2.5 grams per serving.

Salted Caramel Brownie

Inspired by the heavenly combination of salted caramel and rich chocolate.  What you'll find are soft-baked double chocolate chip cookie chunks, enrobed in salted caramel-laced granola.  It comes with a net carb count of 2.5 grams per serving.

Peanut Butter Cup:

is like a combination between the previous two flavors, and was inspired by our very own customers, by way of a flavor survey that we put out.  Our signature peanut butter cookie recipe comes packed with the added benefit of chocolate chips, while the granola comes correct with a heavy dusting of cacao powder.  It's not as chocolate-y as our Salted Caramel Brownie, but everyone tells us it tastes like those uber-popular peanut butter cups that we all grew up with.  It comes with a net carb count of 2.5 grams per serving.

Rosie’s Apple Pie

Using a propriety blend of Chayote and lemon to achieve an undeniably similar flavor to Granny Smith apples, we mix let that be the perfect backdrop to Dutch apple pie crumb topping-inspired cookies. Sweet and spicy, sour and rich, you won’t be missing apple pie for much longer. Plus, only 2 net carbs per serving! Uber low carb apple pie, anyone?

Lemonberry Shortbread

This flavor is a sweet & sour match made in Heaven; after all, who doesn’t love the combination of lemon and berries? Curious as to what a "lemonberry" is? Well, if you believe that lemons and berries should always go together, then you’ve found your favorite in this one. Lemon shortbread-style cookies laden in blackberry-coated granola, and only 2 net carbs per serving.

Pistachio Amaretto Biscotti

The Italians have given the world some truly amazing culinary creations, so we created this flavor to pay homage to one of our favorites: biscotti. Biscotti means “twice-baked” in Italian, and while these cookie chunks are not, you won’t be missing much else. We think you'll find the flavors of pistachio, almond liqueur, and cherry to be harmonious in this flavor, and that it’ll impress any skeptic. Only 3 net carbs per serving.
